As we step into 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect with you and set the tone for the year ahead. There's something magical about this time, it's a blank page, a fresh start, and a chance to decide how you want to show up in your life.
For the last three years now, I’ve taught a yoga class on New Years Day. Why? Because it supports me to start the year with the same intention I want to live it – with clarity, calm, and a deep awareness of self. Not only do I use this awareness when I’m manifesting for the year ahead, I also use this as an opportunity to get clear on the patterns that held me back in the past year. Because let’s be honest: it’s easy to slip into autopilot, repeating the same behaviours, even when we know they no longer serve us.
