As we make our way towards the end of the year, I wanted to share some practical tips to help you reclaim your sense of self-worth and set yourself up for your best year yet. Remember, every step—no matter how small—brings you closer to a fuller, more empowered version of yourself.

We all carry stories that shape how we see ourselves. Some of these narratives serve us, but others keep us stuck. Take a moment this week to reflect on any old stories about who you are, what you “should” be, or what you're “allowed” to have. What happens if you start to question these narratives? Sometimes, a small shift in perspective can unlock massive change.
