The Journey From Head To Heart

In the last couple of weeks, I’ve been working with my client’s a lot around embodiment and specifically, clearing energetic channels to enhance the connection from head to heart.

As spiritual teacher Andrew Bennett says “the longest journey you will ever take is the 18 inches from your head to heart.”

What I’ve come to realise is, this journey is in fact a profound exploration of the human experience, a transformative passage that transcends our minds and guides us towards the wisdom of our intuition, our inner knowing. It’s a voyage that brings us closer to home while simultaneously connecting us to the world around us.

To light the path, we must first clear the energetic channels that have been blocked over time. Meditation is a wonderful practice to open up these channels as it creates space for deep connection to grow.

This journey also requires a willingness to let go and surrender. Surrender what you think you know, and instead allow your intuition to speak back to you. It’s a willingness to embrace vulnerability and lean into your emotions without judgement or fear. This shift isn’t an abandonment of reason, rather an integration of mind and body.

This won’t always be a comfortable experience. Particularly if you’ve spent years numbing or disconnecting from your internal world. Yet the healing that occurs when we allow ourselves to truly feel into the emotion, is truly transformative.
