Episode Seventy: Finding connection and embracing change with Michelle McDonald

Ep 70. Finding connection and embracing change with Michelle McDonald

In this week’s episode I sat down with life and sobriety coach Michelle McDonald. Since getting sober in 2021, Michelle has been on a mission to support other people in recovery through the creation of connection and community.

Michelle believes connection is everything and she credits her sobriety for not only developing a deeper connection with her loved ones, but even more so, a deeper and more meaningful connection with herself.

In this conversation we spoke about topics including:

  • The importance of connection – 5:30

  • The absence of a rock bottom – 10:00

  • Modelling healthy habits – 21:22

  • The benefits of taking a break – 27:30

  • Embracing change in relationships – 36:15
