Episode Thirty-Five: Facing your fears with Josh

Facing your fears with Josh W

In this week’s episode I sat down with Josh, a lawyer and father of three who made the decision to quit drinking on the 23rd of July, 2015.

Josh was terrified at the idea of having to give up alcohol, but he knew if he didn’t, he could face losing everything and everyone he loved.

In choosing sobriety, Josh embarked on a journey that would require him to honestly face his "self-centred fears" and reframe him entire outlook on life.

In this conversation, Josh shares how his most painful lessons have gifted him the greatest opportunity for growth while simultaneously levelling out his ego.

Tune in this week to hear how this high-flying solicitor turned his life around and now lives a life based in spiritual principles.
